Moving scheduling to mobile.
I was Lead Designer at Setmore, responsible for the full mobile redesign across iOS and Android. This is a UI showcase based on materials I prepared for internal communication within the team.
Team
I was the lead designer on a distributed team of 11: engineers in India, ops and product in the US. Most of the work happened async, across time zones and long video calls.
Scope
I redesigned every major flow: booking, availability, payments, team management. Some got a refinement pass, others were rebuilt from scratch.
The first screen every user sees. I replaced a plain white form with a full-photo layout and a cleaner auth flow.
Calendar
I added dark mode, improved spacing, and put avatars on event tiles. I also designed the landscape mode - rotate the phone and new context appears automatically.
Dashboard
I turned the home screen into an actual dashboard. Upcoming appointments, team overview, revenue, free slots - everything above the fold.
Booking
I designed a suite of third-party integrations so clients can book directly from social and other platforms without leaving them. The slide shows Instagram, but I also reworked the appointment detail and location search flows.
Widgets
I designed concepts for lock screen and home screen widgets: next appointment, today's services, a shortcut to Setmore. The most useful information, always a glance away.
Live activities
I explored live activity concepts showing real-time appointment status on the lock screen: a countdown, a Join button, a live chat preview - without unlocking the phone.
Apple Watch
Apple Watch adoption was at an all-time high. I pitched and designed a full concept for Setmore on the wrist: agenda, dashboard, client status, complication on the watch face. We didn't ship it, but I proposed and owned the direction.
